🍂 My Favorite Cozy Moments from This Month's Streams ✨
This month has been packed with so many cozy gaming memories, and I wanted to take a moment to look back and keep a little "journal" of my favorite moments from stream (and a few off-stream too!).
Tales of the Shire 🐺🍲
- I couldn't stop laughing when the wolf's head looked a little too funny during a scene — it definitely gave everyone in chat a giggle.
- For the cooking club, I worked on the "buy water dish" task and had to create a meal with three hobbies. The tricky part? I was supposed to invite hobbits to a different venue, but the game wouldn't let me. Even with the hiccups, I'm still loving it — especially because I get to do my "Southern hobbit voice," which makes it extra fun.
- I also unlocked two more cozy little places to share with the hobbits, which felt like such a win!
Disney Dreamlight Valley 🌟🍂
- The WishBloom Ranch teaser trailer dropped, and I shared my live reaction on stream. Even though the trailer didn't give us much to go on, I'm super excited about what's coming — especially horses, Tinker Bell, and Snow White.
- While wandering the valley, I even stumbled on a random phone near Remy's restaurant (it was part of an event!) which was a fun little surprise.
- I decorated the plaza with warm autumn vibes, adding cozy seasonal touches.
- I'm so close to finishing the Star Path — just one bonus task left! But with only 8 days and daily tasks that keep asking me to feed animals (which is always tricky), I'm not sure if I'll finish in time. I'll still try off-stream!
- I attempted a DreamSnap submission but got hit with an error message. Later, DDLV posted on Twitter that DreamSnaps were bugged, so at least I wasn't alone.
- To end one stream, I hopped into Disney Speedstorm — racing as different characters with their unique abilities was such a fun change of pace!
Animal Crossing: New Horizons 🌸🐧
- Part 1 of bringing Wade to my island was a struggle. I spent over an hour fishing for a specific Pacific fish with no luck. The next day, success — and I was finally able to craft what Wade wanted.
- Off-stream, my husband worked on bringing Wade in live, and he fit right in with the other villagers. Wade has always been one of his favorites, and Savannah has always been mine. (Fun fact: Wade and Savannah have been on every island I've ever had!)
- I also got to visit a viewer's dream island, and it was magical. They had the cutest cat outfit and the sweetest little tea spot — unlike anything I've seen before.
- Another dream island I toured was Gilmore Girls–themed, and oh my goodness… so cute! I loved every detail.
Inside Out Quests 💙💛
One of my favorite storylines this month was learning life lessons from the Joy and Sadness quest line in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It was surprisingly heartwarming and reminded me of the cozy, emotional side of gaming.
Spooky Season Vibes 🎃
To wrap things up, I also had so much fun decorating the valley for Halloween — pumpkins, spooky trees, and cozy autumn touches everywhere. It really set the mood for the season.
💖 Overall, this month's streams were a mix of laughs, cozy decorating, exciting teasers, and a few game hiccups that kept things interesting. I can't wait to see what next month brings — more dream islands, more cozy quests, and of course, more Wade!
